Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of GeoBuzzr. By using the service, you agree to follow them.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use GeoBuzzr. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in access secure. Guest play is available where offered; Google sign-in is optional for features such as persistent profiles, global scores, and matchmaking.
Fair play
Do not use bots, scripts, automation, altered clients, fabricated requests, exploits, or other methods intended to manipulate scores, matchmaking, leaderboards, or another player's experience. Do not overload, probe, or attempt to bypass security controls. We may remove scores, suspend accounts, or restrict access when we reasonably believe the service is being abused.
Your content and our service
You keep rights to information you submit, such as a chosen display name. You give GeoBuzzr permission to process that information only to operate the service. GeoBuzzr, its software, question content, branding, and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission.
Availability and changes
GeoBuzzr is an evolving service. Features, questions, leaderboards, and availability may change, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or discontinue features when necessary for security, maintenance, or product changes.
Disclaimers and limits
GeoBuzzr is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages or failures of third-party providers. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
